Basic Package

- Price: From €270 to €690 per week depending on the period (Saturday to Saturday in high season); 6 nights purchased = 1 free night
- Pets allowed / Fee: €2 per day per animal
- Possibility to rent by the night outside the high season (minimum 2 nights)
- Tourist tax: €0.60 / night / person (over 18 years old)
- Booking fee: €15 (non-deductible and non-refundable in case of cancellation)
- Deposit amount: 30% of the total stay cost
Practical Information
Coco Sweet - 4 people
- The Coco Sweet is not equipped with sanitary facilities
- Not included: bed linen (disposable sheets available for rent), kitchen linen, and cleaning (the accommodation must be left clean)
- Inventory: Upon arrival, you will check the inventory (list in the accommodation), and upon departure, we will check together.
- Arrival: After 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
- Departure: Before 10:00 AM on the day of your departure (by appointment).
